Most Improved Lifter

The Most Improved Lifter Award is awarded to the male and female athlete with the largest percent change in Marker ranking during the calendar year.

The award comes with a $150.00 cash prize and is announced in February of each year.

Recipients must be members of WNS in good standing and must put up totals at sanctioned provincial and national events.
